Izabela Potrykus
is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market in Poland. At CPI Property Group, she will be responsible for the strategic leasing and development of the office portfolio, which is worth EUR 1.6 bln and comprises 20 modern buildings in Warsaw with a combined area of 516,000 sqm. Among her duties, she is to be responsible for the leasing of LightOn, CPIPG's first office development project in Poland.
Previously, she held key roles in such companies as Polski Holding Nieruchomości and Knight Frank Polska. Over her career, she has completed some of the biggest and most demanding leasing deals in the country while working with international clients. She graduated from the Gdańsk University of Technology and holds a professional property manager's license as well as the title of CCIM. She specialises in ESG in construction.
