She is responsible, in particular, for the delivering commercial real estate projects developed in the vicinity of the CPK Airport – Airport City (hotels, office buildings, retail facilities, and investment zones) and Cargo City (warehouse and logistics parks). Joanna has over 20 years of professional experience in investment project management, corporate finance and capital transactions. Her portfolio includes, among others, projects related to the commercialization of post-industrial properties as well as the development of real estate and warehouse-logistics ventures.
