Katarzyna Kopszak-Dziurnikowska is an expert with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has been with Apsys Polska since 2021, and since January 2025 she has served as a Management Board Member responsible for the Development Department.
Throughout her career, she has managed investment projects not only on the Polish market but also in Switzerland, France, Germany, Portugal, and Romania. Her expertise lies in operations related to private equity investment funds as well as joint venture initiatives involving major institutional investors.
Katarzyna’s professional background also includes portfolio management across various real estate segments – logistics, office, retail, and residential – as well as cooperation with financial institutions and tenants.
She graduated from the Faculty of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw and completed postgraduate MBA studies in management at SGH Warsaw and HEC de Paris.
