Maciej K. Król serves as the Chief Development Officer at Resi4Rent, where he is responsible for overseeing the development projects and land acquisition for new PRS investments. With over 20 years of experience in real estate investment advisory, business process optimization, and restructuring, he has worked as a partner and managing director of the Polish branch of the international advisory firm GVA Worldwide, as well as a board member of two foreign investment funds in the real estate sector, where he was responsible for portfolio restructuring and financing. His accomplishments include the development of a data management system for analyzing market conditions, trends, and macroeconomic correlations.
Before joining Resi4Rent, he held positions such as Managing Director at Business Link (part of the Skanska Group) and Commercial Director at GTC. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Urban Land Institute.
