Real estate, PPP, and infrastructure expert with 17 years of professional experience. Currently serves as the Investment Director at I Asset Management UAB, where he is responsible for managing the CEE Student Housing Fund and its investment projects in Poland. The target of the fund is to develop a portfolio of PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) properties under the SHED Living brand, under which operates currently above 2.600 beds, incl. SHED Living Kraków and SHED Warsaw Sky Living, as well as additional 1.600 beds is under development.
He has gained professional experience, among others, at the Grupa NDI from Sopot, where as Business Development Director he was responsible for development across the entire NDI Group and its real estate development subsidiaries NDI Development. A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk with a major in Investment and Real Estate; a graduate of postgraduate studies in property valuation, management, and brokerage at the University of Gdansk; currently the lecturer on the same university as market expert.
