Mariusz Stawiński is an manager and expert in energy efficiency and digital transformation. As the Sales Director at Solwena Sp. z o.o., he is responsible for sales strategy and the implementation of the Percee® Energy Efficiency Management System. Under his leadership, the system has been deployed in over 2,200 facilities across Poland, including retail chains, shopping centers, industrial sites, public buildings (municipal, educational, administrative, water parks), and logistics parks. These projects deliver measurable savings in energy consumption across various energy sources, reduce energy costs, and cut CO₂ emissions. Combining expertise in B2B sales, project and team management, he supports the energy transition of enterprises and public institutions, driving efficiency and sustainability.
