Michał Bryszewski

Michał Bryszewski leads the Property & Asset Management division at Savills Poland, where for over four years he has directed a team of 70+ professionals delivering integrated management solutions for office, retail, and logistics assets. His remit covers both the technical and financial oversight of properties, as well as strategic advisory aimed at enhancing their long-term value. Since March 2023 he has been a Board Member of Savills Poland.
Before joining Savills, Michał worked at JLL, where as Head of Business Solutions he built from the ground up a team of nearly 160 professionals delivering integrated services across four business lines. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in business advisory at PwC and in investment banking at UniCredit.
He brings international expertise, including five years spent in Vienna, and a strong financial background underpinned by the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology, and was a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
