Michał Chodecki has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, specializing in technical advisory, business development, and the management of industrial and logistics projects. At Savills, he serves as Head of Industrial, responsible for the growth of the warehouse and industrial leasing department and for delivering comprehensive solutions for clients from the logistics and manufacturing sectors. He began his career in 2008 at Bilfinger Tebodin, and later at Karmar S.A. (Bouygues) he developed industrial projects. From 2017, he was associated with Panattoni as Development Director, where he was responsible for business development and the delivery of BTS projects for global leaders in manufacturing, R&D, logistics, as well as multitenant parks. He is a graduate of Łazarski University and postgraduate studies at SGH (Warsaw School of Economics). Privately, he is interested in geopolitics, cultural studies, and sports.
