Michał Maciejczak

Michał Maciejczak is a director with nearly 10 years of experience in commercial real estate management within the retail sector. A graduate of Civil Engineering at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, he also lectures on postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, where he shares his knowledge of real estate investment management. He is also a member of the Real Estate Committee at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.
As Director of Real Estate Management at Kaufland Polska, he leads a team responsible for a portfolio of over 90 properties totaling more than 500,000 square meters, including retail facilities and a logistics center. He is an expert in implementing ESG initiatives and energy optimization, which resulted in initiatives that led to an annual energy cost reduction of 9 million PLN. In his career, he also managed nearly 30,000 square meters of GLA and was a member of the team responsible for the acquisition and rebranding of Tesco facilities.
