Paulius has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, with the last 4 years spent in Eika Asset Management. Currently, he is a Fund Partner and heads the investment department. It is worth noting that he is a skilled real estate professional with extensive experience, including private equity advisory services and real estate investments. He began his career at a local bank as a financial market analyst, specializing in credit and market risks. After that, he moved to the UK-based real estate fund, where he worked with investment opportunities in the UK and Germany. Finally, he was also part of CBRE Baltics, gaining extensive experience in investment activities across the Baltic region.
