Thomas Jodar, Associate Director and Head of Workthere Poland, has overseen the development of the flexible offices sector at Savills Poland for the past three years. He provides advice to tenants and operators on leasing strategies and transactions, combining the extensive experience in the commercial real estate market – including traditional offices, flex, and PropTech – with managerial expertise gained while working with scale-ups and startups across Europe and the United States. He is an expert in management agreements, having contributed to one of the first such transactions in Poland. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for developing business strategies and transactions with a total value exceeding €25 million.
He previously worked at ShareSpace as Head of Business Development, at WeWork as Enterprise Sales Director CEE, and in Tenant Representation at Colliers International.
He graduated from the University of Lodz and studied at the University of Granada under a scholarship awarded by the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture, and Sport.
