Over 1,000 participants, nearly 130 speakers, 20 thematic sessions, an awards gala and numerous conclusions and opinions – such was the scale of the 14th edition of Property Forum held under the slogan JUMP TO THE FUTURE.
The event was attended by managers and owners of largest real estate companies, as well as representatives of the government of the Republic of Poland and local government. Investors and developers took the stage of Property Forum to announce their plans for new projects and investments, thus highlighting the significance of the conference for the development of the industry.
It was two intense days during which we looked way ahead in the future of commercial and residential real estate, searching for the answer to one essential question – what to invest in.
The agenda of the meeting included plenty of important subjects. This year, however, special attention was devoted to the subject of the green transition of construction and real estate. Another important element of the programme, debates served an opportunity to address the decarbonisation of buildings and cities, as well as the role of developers and investors in the process. Property Forum served as a platform for a third meeting of the Forum of Experts in Sustainable Construction. As every year, Property Forum was accompanied by finals of industry contests: Prime Property Prize (for the best properties), and PropTech Festival (for the best technologies for properties) – both be held in new format!
