REGISTRATION
The registration desk will be located in the foyer of the conference rooms of the Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel. After entering the building from B. Prusa Street, please head to the right.

Upon registration, each participant will receive a badge. Once a participant has left the venue, they must produce a badge before reentering.
Due to the high level of interest in the event, and in order to avoid traffic jams, we ask that you arrive at the International Congress Centre in good time.
CATERING
All participants of the Forum have the opportunity to enjoy a coffee break (beverages)
The Premium package includes access to the Premium Zone (1st floor), where lunch will be served.

EVENING GALA
16 September, 2024, 7.00 p.m.
The official gala and final of the Prime Property Prize and Proptech Festival competitions will be held in the ABCDE Ballroom.
The official part will be followed by a banquet.
Should you wish to attend the evening event, please indicate your attendance at the gala during the registration process when selecting your session. Participation will be subject to approval by the Organizer.
CAR PARK
Entering the car park is possible from Maria Konopnicka Street. Every participant is supposed to pay for parking on their own. The number of available parking spaces is limited. Preferential price per day: PLN 90.00 net, paid at the hotel reception before departure (the keyword is “Property Forum”). Every car needs to leave the car park within 15 minutes from the payment.
