ELEMENT
Filip Kurasz is the co‑founder and creative director of ELEMENT, a visual communication studio specializing in photorealistic renderings for the real estate and architecture industries. Trained as an architect, he gained his professional experience in Amsterdam before focusing on visual storytelling in design.
Together with ELEMENT, he is a four‑time winner of the Architizer Vision Awards, one of the most prestigious honors in architectural visualization. In 2025, the studio also received the European Property Award in the category CGI Company of the Year.
ELEMENT translates a project’s narrative and marketing concept into powerful imagery. The studio collaborates with renowned architecture firms and investors including UNStudio, Henning Larsen, Vastint, Invesco, Jan De Nul, Jumeirah, and Invest Komfort. It is also a co‑organizer of the World Visualization Festival – an international event for the visualization and CGI community held in Warsaw.
