Jonathan Willén is the CEO of Europi Property Group (‘EPG’), a pan-European real estate investment company with offices in London and Stockholm. Founded in 2019, EPG invests its dedicated capital in value-add and opportunistic deals across all sectors in Europe alongside local asset management partners. Jonathan is also a Partner at Brunswick Real Estate, a founding shareholder of EPG and leading investment manager in the Nordics. Further, Jonathan serves on the board of Sveafastigheter, a Swedish real estate company that owns, develops and operates multifamily residential properties, as well as the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board. Jonathan was previously a Principal in Blackstone’s real estate private equity group, based in London since 2015. Before joining Blackstone, Jonathan was a Senior Associate at Goldman Sachs, focusing on cross-asset derivatives structuring and client trading. Prior to that, Jonathan worked at Morgan Stanley in the credit derivatives structuring group. Jonathan received a BSc in Economics with First Class Honours from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Master (MDesS) in Real Estate & the Built Environment from Harvard University GSD.
