Marek Foryński joined Panattoni Europe in 2008 as the Head of BTS Group. He is responsible for managing the BTS structure and initiating activities in CEE market, continually expanding specialization within BTS.
Marek has been in the industrial development business for more than 10 years and has been involved in real estate and construction business for more than 20 years. A law graduate from the Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznan, also completed management studies at Nottingham Business School, where later he gained his MBA degree.
Since the beginning, PE has developed in Poland under Marek’s management over 1,5 mln sqm of Build to Suit warehouse and industrial space. The recent ones are: 27,400 sq, for Ideal Automotive in Świdnica, 26,000 for Ontex in Radomsko, 18,400 for Kflex in Kutno, 10,500 for Voss in Legnica, 9000 sqm for Syncreon in Nowa Sól, 14,400 for Axa in Zawiercie, 10,000 for Intersnack in Nysa, 20,900 sqm for Bombardier in Wrocław, 27,300 sqm for Kellogg in Kutno, 13 500 sqm for Thule in Piła or 34 000 sqm for Ifa Rotorion in Ujazd.
