Tomasz Buras

Tomasz Buras is responsible for the company’s development strategy and key clients relations. He supervises ongoing projects and advises in the most important transactions.
Tomasz joined Savills in 2011 as Head of Office Agency and Board Member. He was further promoted to Head of Country in 2014. While acting as CEO, in 2018 Tomasz took up the role of Head of Investment and significantly expanded the department setting up i.a. a team dedicated to investment advisory for warehouse and industrial sector, building on the strong growth of e-commerce and Poland’s strategic location as a gateway between western Europe and Asia. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, MRICS and a CCIM specialist.
