The purpose of the popularity contest:
The PropTech Festival is an event accompanying the Property Forum 2022, intended for creators of innovative technologies for the property sector. Creative, innovative, advanced and tailored to the future and market expectations – such are the solutions we want to promote and present to the heads of the largest companies operating in the commercial property market: developers, investors, managers, and tenants. The PropTech Festival includes meetings, discussions, presentations, and shows. Show your idea to investors!
For whom?
We do not create any thematic barriers: Participation in the popularity contest can be declared by both start-ups and experienced companies, such as entities creating innovative solutions applicable in commercial facilities (including office buildings, hotels, shopping centres, shops, warehouses, and public buildings).
What will you gain?
Co-operation and contacts with the heads and representatives of the largest companies operating in the commercial property market in Poland – developers, investors, managers, and tenants. An opportunity to present your solutions during the largest conference for the commercial property market in the region – the Property Forum 2022, and promotion on the PropertyNews.pl and PropertyDesign.pl portals and on other websites owned by the PTWP SA Group, as well as in social media.
How do we select the winners?
Contest entries can only be submitted through the application form. The deadline for submitting contest entries is 30 June 2022.
The contest entry may be accompanied by a maximum of four (4) photos – they should be sent to the following email address: nagrody@propertynews.pl . The size of your email cannot exceed 10 MB. Please specify the name of the popularity contest and the name of your company in the subject line of your email. Sending photos as specified above will be tantamount to authorising the Organiser of the popularity contest to crop and then publish a given photo in connection with the contest and the title awarded (if any) via websites on the Internet and in the printed press. The party submitting the photos guarantees that it has the rights to grant the above authorisation.
The Editors of the PropertyNews.pl and PropertyDesign.pl portals, in co-operation with the Jury, will select 10 of the most interesting contest entries to be announced on the portals by 11 July 2022.
The next stage will be the voting of the Readers of the PropertyNews.pl and PropertyDesign.pl portals, which will last until 31 August 2022.
Then, there will be presentations of the best solutions – on 19 September 2022, during the Property Forum 2022, and the selection of winners (based on the votes of the Jury and the voting on the portals).
The winners will be informed about having been awarded prior to the Property Forum 2022 Gala.
