Beata Kokeli

Beata Kokeli has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector working both at development companies and at real estate agencies. Between 2001 and 2008, she worked at TK Development Group, where, on the position of Board Member was responsible for development, leasing and marketing activities. She also previously worked at the Polish Centrum Development & Investments where she served as Chief Commercial Officer, as well as a Board Member coordinating and implementing marketing and commercial strategies for the numerous commercial assets both from retail and offices sector.  In 2012 – 2016 Beata worked at CBRE as head of property and asset management and then as senior director and head of retail. In July 2016 joined TriGranit for the position of Head of Asset Management, and as of 1st July 2017 Country Head of Poland, as a Board Member, responsible for TriGranit’s operational activity in Poland  as well as portfolio strategy and asset and property management and leasing activities. She also supported acquisition and development processes of new assets. In 2019 due to the acquisition of TriGranit  by Revetas Group Beata, as a Senior Advisor, Head of Group Office leasing was responsible for office leasing processes across CEE Region. In January 2020, she joined CW for the position of Head of Retail Agency.

    The COVID-19 pandemic has digitalised consumers, and shopping centres have realised that the saturated market is at the crossroads. Today, it is necessary to entice customers and fight for them. What direction is the evolution of shopping centres taking? How are the products and services they offer changing? And how are new technologies influencing their operation? The challenge for the sector is omnichannel, which rules retail while dividing it at the same time. The sector has also ignited a dispute over rents. How to solve this problem?
