Michał Stępień, Deputy CEO AFI EUROPE Poland
Michał Stępień joined AFI EUROPE Poland in 2008 as Finance Manager then was promoted to COO. His main responsibility is new business development and he is Head of rental apartments segment within AFI Europe Poland. Michal has over 15 years of experience in real estate market and 5 years of experience in consulting / audit – he gained his consulting experience while working for EY in Warsaw and Deloitte in Hamburg (Germany).
Michal graduated from Warsaw School of Economics with 1 year Erasmus internship at Chirstian Albrechts University in Kiel (Germany). Michal holds Polish CPA and he graduated PhD studies at Warsaw School of Economics.
