Sylwia Piechnik

Sylwia Piechnik has been involved in the commercial real estate sector for over 20 years. Since 2017 she has held the position of Director for Office Leasing at EPP - a leading asset manager on the Polish commercial real estate market in terms of GLA. The company's portfolio consists of 35 projects (29 retail properties and six office complexes) with a total value of approx. 2.8 billion euro and leasable area of over 1,000,000 square metres. Prior to joining EPP, Sylwia was a Senior Leasing Manager at HB Reavis Poland. Until 2013, she worked for Polish developer Yareal Polska, where she reached the position of Head of Leasing and Sales. Before that, she was an architect and project manager at ECI Group.

Sylwia is a graduate of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Cracow University of Technology. In addition, she completed postgraduate studies in conservation of architectural and urban development monuments and real estate valuation.

The spectre of deserted office buildings and widespread work from home gave developers, investors and employers sleepless nights. Howev-er, the demand for offices is growing. Companies are still looking for additional office space. Poland has also been targeted by corporations that want to abandon the Russian and Ukrainian markets. Flexible solutions are gaining in popularity. What does the future hold for offices in Poland?
