selected the winners after listening to speeches on the proposed solutions. Before the gala, the solutions were judged by readers of the ProperyNews.pl and PropertyDesign.pl magazines.
This year, 10 solutions were nominated, out of which as many as three were rewarded.
- Fliko - a digital platform for comprehensive management of real estate.
- h-Our Store (Metro Properties) - an app allowing to rent a store in a shopping centre.
- YourBuildingApp (Ybapp Limited) - a building management platform.
