Anna Szymańska

Head of Office Department, Newmark Polska

Anna Szymańska is Head of the Office Department at real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska, with key responsibility for relocations and lease renegotiations. Anna has worked in real estate for 18 years, during which time she gained extensive experience in collaboration with landlords and developers and in tenant representation. Prior to joining Newmark Polska, she served as Director of Office Leasing at the Cromwell Property Group. She was responsible for the commercialization of an office portfolio in Poland. She previously spent 12 years at Colliers International, including as Associate Director in its Office Agency, and 13 months at NAI Estate Fellows as Office Agency Director with responsibility for Warsaw and regional cities. Anna graduated in Management and Marketing from Warsaw School of Economics.
