Luxury Hotels Fund Project Manager

1 Asset Management Immobilien

I am a real estate professional for almost twenty years, who has lived and worked in international markets
such as London, Singapore and Malaysia. My main clients were Hongkongers, Singaporeans, Chinese,
Japanese and citizens of Far Eastern countries.

I worked not only with the sales or rental segment in prestigious London areas such as Mayfair, Marylebone,
knightsbridge or Holland Park, but also searched for investment properties and managed portfolios of
professional investors. I myself actively invest in real estate objects, because I believe that in the long term it
is one of the safest investment products. I have experience not only in the residential real estate segment,
but also in the hotel industry. While working with prestigious projects in London, I had the opportunity to
see very closely both the aesthetic beauty of those objects, created by the world's most famous designers
or architects, as well as the business approach of wealthy families or investors from all over the world, or
the principles and business strategies of creating a real estate investment portfolio

    • Lease agreements in the hotel market are becoming increasingly popular. Will they push franchises and management contracts out of the market?
    • The lack of bank financing has created a supply gap in the hotel market as developers have stopped building new facilities. How has limited access to financing affected the transaction market and the development of hotel businesses?
    • Is the Polish market attractive to new brands and operators? What are the development plans of hotel chains and investors in Poland?
    • Trends in travel and tourism and their impact on the hotel sector.
    • Crete or Sopot – which of the two did tourists choose? Are Polish hotels still competitively priced in the European tourism market?
    • What is the current situation in the hotel sector? Has the market rebounded after the pandemic lockdowns, and how is it developing?
