Karolina Ballard
As an asset manager, Karolina Ballard is responsible for the logistics portfolio of Garbe Industrial Real Estate in Poland. She focuses on the acquisition of new investments, real estate portfolio management, as well as on the overall development of the company and strengthening relations with local partners.
Karolina Ballard's 15 years of experience in the real estate industry includes the positions of Director of Leasing at Innovative Property Consulting, Development Director at Regus, as well as Investment and Asset Management positions at Mosaic Property LLP in London. She is a graduate of Kingston University and the University of Warsaw. She holds a degree in Alternative Investment from Harvard Business School Online and was a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
