Miron Klomfas
Managing Director / Representative at B-Act S.A. and Partner at Quantum Vintage Consulting. His professional career spans over 25 years, during which he has been involved in both the management of construction projects and the provision of consultancy services. He specialises in the preparation, implementation and settlement of high value projects based on FIDIC contract conditions and public procurement law.
Expert in project management, investment processes and strategy. He has also developed expertise in risk and claims management and mediation. He is a long-standing member of The Polish Consulting Engineers and Experts Association (SIDIR) in Warsaw, where he acts as a SIDIR-listed arbitrator. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.
