Sabina Bartyzel is an expert with 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She started her career in Novotel Krakow Centrum in 2001, followed by many promotions over the next years. In 2020 she was promoted to SVPOperations Accor Eastern Europe, followed by SVP Operations Managed Hotels Eastern Europe, being responsible for supervising almost 150 hotels covering all brands from economy to premium in 18 markets. 

From January 2023 as SVP Operations, Northern & Eastern Europe for Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems, Sabina is supervising the full scope of business operations of managed and franchise hotels in Northern and Eastern Europe, incl. Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland and all the CEE countries as well as Ukraine. 

In everyday work, Sabina always puts people – hotel guests, co-workers and partners – first, considering them to be the greatest asset she strongly believes in. At the same time, she is highly skilled professional with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and implementing effective operational excellence. Additionally, she is an advocate for innovative solutions, particularly in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Privately, Sabina is a great lover of travelling and marathons, in which she proudly and successfully participates all over the world.
