Grupa PTWP S.A., the publisher of the PropertyNews.pl and PropertyDesign.pl websites, the organiser of the11th, 2021, edition of the Property Forum 2021, together with the editorial staff of the websites, organize the 10th, 2021 edition of Prime Property Prize.
The Prime Property Prize competition is a prize for companies and projects which exerted the largest influence on the commercial properties market in the previous year as well as for people whose spectacular actions have proved instrumental in the development of the entire industry.
THE WINNERS WILL BE AWARDED IN 14 CATEGORIES:
PropertyNews.pl Personality of the Year – the award for a personality from the commercial properties industry who had the largest influence on events in this sector or dramatically transformed their business, thus influencing the development of the entire market.
Developer of the Year – the award in recognition of a company's achievements and activity on the market of commercial properties, contribution to the development of this sector in Poland, high quality of products and reputation in the industry.
Tenant of the Year – the award in recognition of setting new trends on the market of tenants of shopping centres, developing and changing a network of retail outlets, marketing activities and reputation in the industry.
Investor Friendly City – the award in recognition of action taken with the aim of creating a fertile ground for investment and stimulating the activity of investors. Among other criteria are the quality of services provided to business owners as well as efficient processing of administrative procedures.
The Commercial Property Market’s Investment of the Year – – the award for newly built or expanded shopping centres whose investment process concluded between September 2020 and September 2021. The jury assess the quality of the project, the time from commencement to completion, the process of commercialisation, innovative solutions, architectural qualities as well as the impact of the investment on the environment and economy of the region.
The Office Property Market's Investment of the Year – the award for newly built or expanded offices or office blocks whose investment process concluded between September 2020 and September 2021. The jury assess the quality of the project, the time from commencement to completion, the process of commercialisation, innovative solutions, architectural qualities as well as the impact of the investment on the environment and economy of the region.
The Logistics-Warehousing Market's Investment of the Year – the award for newly built or expanded logistics-warehousing facilities whose investment process concluded between September 2020 and September 2021. The jury assess the quality of the project, the time from commencement to completion, the process of commercialisation, innovative solutions, architectural qualities as well as the impact of the investment on the environment and economy of the region.
The Hotel Market’s Investment of the Year – – the award for newly built or expanded hotels whose investment process concluded between September 2020 and September 2021. The jury assess the quality of the project, the time from commencement to completion as well as the impact of the investment on the environment and economy of the region.
Green Building – the award for commercial buildings whose investment process concluded between September 2020 and September 2021, developed in compliance with the assumptions of sustainability and environmentally friendly construction, popularising innovative sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions.
Architecture – the award funded by PropertyDesign.pl for commercial objects popularising innovative architectural and design solutions, setting new architectural and design trends, blending well with the existing urban architecture, whose investment process concluded between September 2020 and September 2021.
Adviser of the Year –the award for advisory agencies operating on the Polish market of commercial properties. The jury assess the agency’s activity in the sector between September 2020 and September 2021, especially in terms of rental of commercial properties, sales of properties and servicing of investment transactions as well as their contribution to the development of the industry, innovative services and consistent implementation of the strategy.
Commercial Space –the award funded by PropertyDesign.pl for commercial facilities (offices, retail outlets, hotels, restaurants) in recognition of their design, implemented innovative architectural and design solutions, unique and functional equipment, modern technologies. The jury will carefully consider interiors that prioritise the well-being of employees and clients. Awarded will be projects whose investment process concluded between September 2020 and September 2021.
Coworking of the Year – the award for co-working spaces in recognition of their interesting and competitive offer, innovative solutions and services for users, original interior design and working atmosphere as well as the development and scale of activity.
Law Firm of the Year – the award for law firms specialising in serving entities operating on the Polish market of commercial properties. Awarded will be law firms who, thanks to their broad knowledge and excellent customer care, provide top quality legal services for commercial properties and set an example of best practice
SELECTING THE WINNERS
Each Member of the Forum of Experts sends to: nagrody@propertynews.pl 5 nominations in every category with a short description justifying their choice. The deadline for sending entries is July 12, 2021.
Readers of the propertynews.pl and propertydesign.pl websites will also send their nominations. The deadline for sending entries is July 12, 2021.
On the basis of the nominations sent by the readers and the members of the forum of experts the editorial staff will create a TOP 5 in each category. The nominations will be announced on July 19, 2021.
The experts will vote for the nominees in particular categories until August 22, 2021Votes will be sent via e-mail. All experts will receive a complete list of the nominees. The experts sends to an indicated address only those propositions which, in their opinion, deserve to be awarded in a given category.
At the same time the voting by Readers of the Propertynews.pl and Propertydesing.pl websites takes place, remaining open until August 22, 2021.
The winner in each category will be selected after the votes cast by the Experts and Readers have been counted. The winners will be informed of the result at the end of August 2021. r.
