Izabela Potrykus-Czachowicz has been the Director of the Rental and Commercialization Office of Polski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. (PHN) since August. She is a manager with almost 20 years of experience in the real estate market. Before joining the PHN team, she worked in Knight Frank consulting company, where as a Partner and Director of the Commercial Agency she was responsible for all activities in the area of representing the owner and tenant on the Warsaw market as well as on the regional markets in Gdańsk, Łódź and Poznań. She was responsible for operational cooperation with developers and investment funds, including DEKA Immobilien, Savills Investment Management/SEB, Raiffeisen Capital Management and Union Investment, as well as potential tenants in the scope of negotiation and renegotiation of lease agreements. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. She is a licensed property manager and holds the title of a Certified Commercial Investment Member.

Suspended investment programmes, less active developers, a decrease in demand, a higher percentage of vacant buildings – such was a reaction of the sector to the pandemic and remote work. Today the market believes in a revival and with the beginning of 2021 came signs of recovery. The industry is bracing itself for the new post-pandemic reality. But what is it going to be like?
