Property Forum 2023 will be held in Warsaw at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw hotel (address: ul. B. Prusa 2, Warsaw).
REGISTRATION
You will find the registration desk in the foyer of the conference rooms at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw hotel, to the right of the entrance in ul. B. Prusa.

During registration, you will get a personal ID badge. Whenever you leave and re-enter the venue, you will be asked to present it for scanning.
Our event attracts a lot of interest and traffic disruptions may occur, so try to arrive with ample time ahead of the session.
CATERING
All participants are invited to a coffee break (beverages)
Premium guests will also get access to the Premium Zone (1st floor) with lunch service.

GALA
18 September 2023, at 19.00
A festive gala and awards ceremony for the Prime Property Prize 2023 and Proptech Festival 2023 competitions will be held in the ABCDE Ballroom.
The official event will be followed by a banquet.
If you would like to attend the event, please tick the relevant box when choosing your sessions during the registration process. Your attendance must be confirmed by the organiser.

PARKING
The car park can be accessed from ul. Marii Konopnickiej. Parking fees are non-reimbursable. The discount price for guests is PLN 90 (net) per day, payable at the hotel reception desk before departure (password: Property Forum). Once you have paid, you will have 15 seconds to leave the car park.
ACCOMMODATION
The Sheraton Grand Warsaw hotel has prepared special room offers for Property Forum guests. Accommodation costs are not covered by the organiser.
Room prices for our guests:
Monday - Thursday
- Single room – PLN 607 per night + 8% VAT = PLN 656 gross
- Double room – PLN 652 per night + 8% VAT = PLN 705 gross
Friday - Sunday
- Single room – PLN 553 per night + 8% VAT = PLN 597 gross
- Double room – PLN 598 per night + 8% VAT = PLN 645 gross

Please note that if you book accommodation on Friday-Sunday, the discount will be applied once you have finished your booking (i.e. the booking link will show a higher price).
Room prices are listed in zlotys. The price includes breakfast, which will be served in the hotel restaurant until 10:30 am.
Check-in and check-out:
Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out ends by 12:00. Any requests for check-in or check-out outside these hours will need to be discussed in advance and decided in accordance with relevant procedures. You can cancel your booking free of charge until 24 August 2023; after that date, a full amount plus tax will be charged.
